Izzy Balmer from the BBC Antiques Roadtrip had a fantastic result at auction last week with her find at the House of Antiques Ilkeston bagging a whopping £100 in profit from a £5 spend and reached the local and national news.
When it came to auction, Izzie was excited, saying the two pendants looked better than she remembered them to look. Bidding started at £55, already more than ten times what she paid for them.
“Ah yes!” Izzie said, as the bidding continued. Multiple people were interested, and the jewellery finally sold for a whopping £100.
